Position Details

A fantastic opportunity is now available at our Doncaster Head Office to join our fun, hardworking and dedicated Recruitment & Selection team on a fixed term basis until 5 July 2019.

About the role

Reporting to the Lead, Recruitment & Selection, the responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating and providing advice relating to recruitment & selection with relevant department/regional stakeholders;

• Managing the end to end recruitment and selection process including scheduling, conducting interviews, references and coordinating employment contracts;

• Participating in recruitment & selection related projects;

• Contributing to reviewing and implementing continuous improvements of the attraction and selection process, candidate management & customer service; and

• Providing training on behavioural interviewing methodology.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related business discipline, as well as demonstrated experience in undertaking all aspects of large scale recruitment campaigns, preferably across the public sector.

Being a recruitment expert, you will have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders to ensure strong placement outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, as well as the willingness to travel throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria are necessary for this role.

The salary range for this role is between $67,368 to $74,855 plus 9.5% super and salary packaging benefits.
