About the role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development (OD) specialist to shape organisational change at one of Victoria's most important cultural institutions.

The State Library is going through an exciting period of physical, operational and cultural transformation. Our People and Culture team has led the development of a strategic People Plan and is now initiating a suite of organisation-wide projects, including a staff-designed organisational restructure and leadership and learning programs. We are looking for an experienced OD practitioner to lead this program of work over the next 6 months.

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, you will be a subject matter expert, great communicator and effective project manager, working closely with colleagues in People and Culture and stakeholders across the Library.
