The Senior Valuer will be required to provide valuation advice and undertake complex, urgent and sensitive valuations for government agencies and public sector clients ensuring the maintenance of valuation standards and delivery within agreed timeframes, provide support to managers to ensure that client services are provided to a high standard.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of policy and procedures for the delivery of valuation services to ensure a high level of probity, professional competence and accountability. Completion of an appropriate tertiary qualification with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API). Knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 and other relevant legislation.
