We are building an inclusive workplace to help realise the potential of our employees, embrace our differences, and apply our diverse thinking to innovation and delivering services to Victorian communities. All jobs can be worked flexibly and we encourage job applications from Aboriginal people, people with disabilities, young people and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
These three positions provide unique and challenging roles to deliver on an important initiative for the government and Minister for Planning. The roles are a great opportunity for motivated planners with strong strategic and statutory skills to influence the establishment of first class planning systems that facilitate new investment and jobs in the Latrobe Valley Economic Growth Zone. The positions will be part of a ‘Flying Squad’ team and provide high level advice on complex planning issues. Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships across Government, Latrobe Valley Authority, Baw Baw Shire, Latrobe City and Wellington Shire Councils and the development industry is important to the roles.
These are fixed term positions for a period of 3 years.
To be considered for one of these positions, your application should include a supporting statement demonstrating that you meet the key selection criteria and any job requirements specified in the relevant position description.
Applications close at midnight Monday, on 10 April 2017.
