The Senior Planner provides high quality advice and service to the Minister for Planning in relation to planning, development and land use matters relating to State projects. This position is an integral part of the State Project Facilitation Branch which is responsible for providing statutory services to deliver the Government's Election commitments and to facilitate assessment of State projects.

This position will lead and manage projects of State significance, prepare and present high quality reports, papers, presentations, briefs and correspondence on complex planning issues. Experience in and knowledge of statutory and strategic land use planning within a metropolitan and regional planning context in Victoria. Knowledge of significant government policies and strategies on land use planning and legislation is required.

This is a fixed term – Flexible position for a period of 12 months.
