The Digital and Customer Communications Division provides a fast-paced, exciting and innovative work environment. You will support the delivery of guidance on best practice, customer focused use of website, intranet, Customer Assist, and other online internal and external channels and tools for communications and stakeholder and staff engagement activities. Provide advice on digital channels training, content governance, production and planning to support digital customer experience strategy and strategic communications, branding and group policy objectives.

You will help write and distribute quality, customer-focused content that is engaging and relevant for the DELWP website and intranet. You will be required to participate in an all hazards approach to media management for the State Control Centre, including emergency issues related to the department and its agencies.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in professional digital online internal and external channel management as well as a record of achievement in a range of technical digital online, social media, marketing and communications disciplines, preferably in a government setting.
