The Customer Analytics Coordinator is responsible for providing business administration support to the Customer Service Centre and the wider Digital and Customer Communications Division. This role will develop, generate and distribute telephony and CARS reporting to division management, staff and stakeholders.

The role would suit candidates with at least 1 -2 + years experience in digital insights and analysis. Demonstrated ability and experience in project coordination support, including tracking, processes and administrative support.Previous experience working in government and a knowledge of government processes is preferable. Any previous experience with data migration projects would be a plus.
