The Senior Project Officer – Safer Together, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (MER) will lead the development of the Safer Together MER framework to ensure that the MER obligations are met and align with existing departmental and partner agency MER frameworks. Safer Together comprises a broad range of strategies to reduce bushfire risk, including fuel management and community engagement. the scope of the Safer Together MER Framework will encompass the full range of bushfire risk reduction strategies.

If you have extensive experience and understanding of the application of monitoring, evaluation and reporting principles and theory, along with knowledge and understanding of principles, guidelines and science underpinning bushfire science and community engagement, you are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a fixed term position for a period until 30 June 2019.
