The Executive assistant will provide reliable and high quality executive support services to the Assistant Chief Fire Officer, Forest and Fire Operations. Liaise with the Minister's office, senior staff, external stakeholders and community groups on behalf of the Assistant Chief Fire Officer. Coordinate and control the recording of all correspondence to/from the Assistant Chief Fire Officer, and establish reliable systems and processes to monitor progress, follow up and report to the Assistant Chief Fire Officer on priority items.

Demonstrated experience providing executive assistance and administrative support services to senior management is desirable.

This is a fixed term part-time position for a period of 12 months.
