The Planning Approvals Program Officer will support delivery of high quality advice and support to the coordination of planning processes, including adherence with statutory requirements public land-use projects, undertaking strategic reviews and providing sound and authoritative advice.

The purpose of this role is to support the effective and efficient provision of public land governance and administration services, environmental and land use information.

The Planning Approvals Programs Officer will work with other teams to ensure the consistent, integrated and efficient delivery of public land-use projects and strategic services across Forest, Fire & Regions Group. They will contribute to and support the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focussed, collaborative, professional and engaged.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2020.
