You will be responsible for provision of leadership to the Wild Dog Program including; managing field staff, involving a mix of office and field-based activities, managing the development and implementation of defined projects, and the ongoing fostering of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will require experience in working with farmer groups and knowledge of vertebrate pest control management programs and, in particular, cooperative and coordinated wild dog control using a range of control tools including 1080 baits, knowledge of the impacts of wild dog predation on livestock enterprises and the subsequent effects on rural communities in Victoria.
