The Senior Planning and Approvals Program Officer (environmental planner) will deliver services to support effective and efficient public land management, public land environmental and land use advice, environmental and statutory planning in the Grampians region. Contribute to the Planning and Approvals team to deliver high quality public land management programs including delivery of grants programs relating to public safety and to environmental improvement on public land.

The successful candidate will have a degree in environmental management, planning or related field, or knowledge and experience in the planning and delivery of environmental management programs. Knowledge of the communities, natural environment, built environment, and land use planning issues in the Grampians region, is an advantage

This is an ongoing – flexible position.
