The Regional Manager Business services will lead and manage the Business Services Branch to deliver high quality business services that support relevant Regional Director and Assistant Chief Fire Officer to meet operational objectives and priorities, including setting clear directions for staff within the branch and monitoring and managing.

Key responsibilities will include leading and supporting budget and resource management associated with program, service and project delivery. You will contribute to the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focussed, collaborative, professional and engaged. 

Ideally you will have experience in leading a high performing team, ability to build strong relationships and manage business activities such as budgeting, business planning, workforce planning and improvement projects.

This is a fixed term position for a period of 12 months until January 2019.
