The Victorian Energy Compare Community Engagement Officer will play a key role in developing and delivering community engagement projects, will help shape energy market policy with a focus on consumer benefits, and will lead stakeholder engagement through Victorian Energy Compare information sessions to various community groups and energy stakeholders. The position will prepare high quality briefings, reports, correspondence, and PPQs and provide written and verbal advice to the Departmental Executive.

The successful applicant will have strong stakeholder engagement experience and communications skills, and a background in or familiarity with energy policy, consumer policy, or social policy. Experience or qualifications in the energy sector is desirable.

This is a fixed term flexible position for a period of 30 June 2019
