The Water Efficiency team is responsible for the development and management of government initiatives to encourage all sectors of the community to use water efficiently. As part of the team you will work on a range of programs and projects that are making a valuable contribution to the future of water in Victoria. As Project Officer you will assist with management and delivery of water efficiency programs across Victoria. The role's primary function is to coordinate, review and provide advice to urban water corporations on urban water planning, water efficiency programs, drought preparedness plans and the development of annual water outlooks.

The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding of the Victorian water industry and the recent history of water efficiency programs within the State.

This is a fixed term position, available until June 2020.
