As the Project Officer – Water Recovery, you will be responsible for providing advice on water recovery projects and the management of assessment, reporting and allocation of water recovery to support the planning and implementation of Victorian irrigation system modernisation, water recovery projects, policies and programs.  Contribute to the continuous development of the Victorian Water Savings Protocol to ensure it incorporates improved understanding and advancements in the field of irrigation modernisation and continues to incorporate best available knowledge. Monitor and report on water recovery generated from irrigation modernisation projects and water recovery projects.

The successful applicant need to have an appropriate tertiary qualification in engineering, science, natural resource management, or equivalent. Knowledge of Victoria's irrigation water supply systems and water entitlement framework is desirable.

This is a fixed term flexible position available for a period until 30 June 2020.
