Position Details

We are building an inclusive workplace to help realise the potential of our employees, embrace our differences, and apply our diverse thinking to innovation and delivering services to Victorian communities. All jobs can be worked flexibly and we encourage job applications from Aboriginal people, people with disabilities, young people and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

The Department of Environment, Land, Water, and Planning (DELWP) brings together Victoria's planning, local government, environment, energy, suburban development, forests, emergency management, climate change, and water funtions into a single department. DELWP offices are in the CBD, metro and the region.

DELWP is undergoing a digital transformation. We're building a high-performing department that is more responsive, digitally enabled and customer-focused.  We're providing our people with new technologies and digital tools to be more agile, mobile and flexible than ever before.

The digital workplace includes Office 365 (already implemented), a device refresh, an Outlook rollout, a move to Skype softphones, and improved meeting room technologies.  We are seeking an IT Trainer to provide training in Office 365 and in new ways of working. The role will include personalised training for our Executives, face to face training in the CBD and the regions, develop and maintain training materials as our workplace continues to evolve.

This is a fixed term role available up until 31 December 2019.

To be considered for this position, your application should include a supporting statement demonstrating that you meet the key selection criteria and any job requirements specified in the position description.

Applications close at midnight Sunday 28 October 2018.
