The Culture & Workforce Officer will work collaboratively and support the Manager Group Culture & Workforce in developing and implementing strategies and processes to support and improve the business operations of the Planning Group and work flexibly to support Group and portfolio initiatives. You be required to provide quality and consistent advice to managers on staffing proposals and drafts, position descriptions and associated recruitment related documentation in line with departmental policies and processes.
As the successful applicant, you will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team and have strong problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders within the Planning Group and across the Department.
Demonstrated experience and capability in Resourcing / Recruiting, Workforce reporting and HR Management is also required.
