  • Content planning and execution across bought, owned and shared channels, developing integrated digital marketing plans including eDMs, web content, and organic and paid social media
  • Developing briefs on campaigns for design and media agencies, as well as options for discussion and consideration by senior stakeholders
  • Preparing and analysing post-campaign reports, including ROI/commercial return reporting to support decision making for current and future campaigns
  • Managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers and monitoring spend to achieve ROI, while gatekeeping brand assets for compliance with the MV style guide

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong understanding and proven experience developing audience-focused promotional campaigns delivered across integrated owned, bought and shared marketing channels
  • Experience in digital marketing, including paid social media advertising planning and implementation, integration with web content, and developing and delivering eDMs (Campaign Monitor)
  • Proven networks, demonstrated experience and sound knowledge of the arts and culture and/or visitor attractions sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular emphasis on communicating with different audience groups including visitors, stakeholders and the media
  • The ability to successfully coordinate multiple tasks and work to many competing priorities and deadlines, autonomously and within cross-functional teams
