An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the fast-paced and dynamic Energy Sector Reform Division. This Executive Assistant role works directly with the Executive Director, Energy Sector Reform, supporting him in his day to day schedule as well as working closely with the Senior Advisor and Project Support Officer in the Office of the ED to ensure the Energy Sector Reform Division runs as smoothly as possible.

The Executive Assistant will provide high quality administrative support for the Executive Director and project administration support to the Division to assist in meeting agreed project objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, stakeholder expectations and client needs. The responsibilities of this role include: email and calendar management for the Executive Director; the coordination of Energy Sector Reform's PPQs; allocation of Ministerial requests; and also providing the Victorian Secretariat for the Commonwealth's Energy Council, working closely with members of ESR as well as DEDJTR to coordinate Victoria's RSVP, meeting folders and relevant briefings with the Minister's office and Secretary's office.

Key to your success in this role is your ability to work to tight deadlines, ability to work with staff both inside and outside of the division,  as well as your problem solving and systems thinking skills. Knowledge of DELWP corporate processes (reporting) will be an advantage but not essential.
