Position Details

The Senior Valuer will work with others to ensure the delivery of the annual rating and taxation valuation and will support management to implement the proposed changes to the valuation system in line with amendments to the Valuation of Land Act 1960. The position will provide expert valuation advice and ensure agreed contract deliverables are met, while forming strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

If you have knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 and other relevant legislation along with experience and knowledge of government processes and land administration matters, you are strongly encouraged to apply. An appropriate tertiary qualification with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API) is also required.
