The Valuer Assets will work with others to ensure the delivery of the financial reporting valuations for all state authorities. The position will support the team in providing valuation advice and ensure agreed contract deliverables are met, while forming strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

If you have knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 and other relevant legislation along with experience and knowledge of government processes and land administration matters, you are strongly encouraged to apply. An appropriate tertiary qualification with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API) is also required.
