Reporting to the Manager Business Partnering, the Finance Business Partner provides expert advice, analysis and support to senior managers and stakeholders on aspects relating to the organisations performance.  

The purpose of the role is to develop strong working partnerships with stakeholders and develop an in depth understanding of business drivers and priorities to provide value-add advice on current and emerging issues. 

The role will be required to leverage this partnership and understanding of the business to lead Finance and Planning's contribution to groups by providing expert advice regarding departmental strategy, performance, priorities and funding and support known and emerging departmental priorities by working flexibly to focus effort where it is most required in the division.

The role requires a high level conceptual and analytical skills, a focus on detail and proven ability to build effective relationships along with strong written skills.
