As Legal Practice Coordinator, you will assist in the development of appropriate processes and systems that ensure efficient operations and data management and will establish and maintain effective relationships within the Legal and Governance Division to facilitate partnerships across relevant teams.

You will also be required to coordinate the triage of matters and administration associated with allocating work, including overseeing the orderly creation of new files in matter management system and in the document management systems.

The role will suit an organised, energetic person with high levels of initiative and intuition, technical competency in using and administering matter management systems, a customer service focus with exceptional written and oral communication skills, and who is motivated to help drive an efficient, high performing in-house legal practice.

Experience with Sharepoint, LEX and Oracle e-Business Suite is desirable.
