The Policy Officer – Governance will be responsible for providing advice on public sector governance and integrity practice, policy and expectations. You will manage projects under limited supervision as well as processes for the declarations of private interests and offers of gifts, benefits and hospitality by department staff. Working collaboratively with governance groups in DELWP, other departments and the Victorian Public Sector Commission to deliver best practice solutions to governance and integrity issues.

The role will suit an organised, energetic person with high levels of initiative and intuition, a customer service focus with exceptional written and oral communication skills, and capable of developing and maintaining sound relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
