We are looking for an awesome Speech Pathologist to join our fun and innovative multi-disciplinary Community Health team. The role includes working with a mixed caseload from birth to adults, including speech and language, dysphagia, fluency, and literacy as part of a team approach. We offer 1:1 therapy, group therapy, community groups, education, and project work.

We're looking for:

  • Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the role of the Speech Pathologist in community settings utilising a person - centred approach
  • Demonstrated competence and experience in managing a clinical paediatric caseload
  • The ability to work independently as a sole practitioner and within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, motivated and to manage time effectively
  • Working knowledge of electronic data bases, recording statistics for compliance with funding targets
