Position Details

Business Operations & Contracts Officer

  • Annual Salary Range:  $72,751 - $88,336 per annum plus superannuation
  • Employment Type:  Ongoing / Full-Time
  • Usual Work Location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)

About the Team

This role forms part of the Accommodation and Workplace Services branch in conjunction with DoT's delivery partners, provide safe, fit for purpose workplaces across the state for the Department of Transport.


To be successful, you'll demonstrate

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced understanding and experience in using relevant computer software programs including MS Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to raise purchase orders, process invoices and generate monthly financial reports
  • Experience providing project and administrative support services within a Government or transport setting
  • Proven administration and business support skills
