Position Details

The ARBV's compliance function part of a multi-faceted, risk based and evidence led program of regulatory activity.
 
Reporting to the ARBV Principal Architect, the Compliance Officer supports the Principal Architect in the delivery of the ARBV's regulatory compliance program.
 
The Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery of key compliance activities; including investigations (proactive and reactive), complaints management, Architects Tribunal administration, data gathering and analytics, education and the communication of key compliance related initiatives. The successful incumbent will draw on regulatory compliance experience gained in a government, local government or a statutory body and will rely on a diverse range of skills to deliver best practice compliance outcomes.
