Corporate Officer

Agriculture Victoria Services (AVS) is seeking a Corporate Officer to provide executive level secretarial and administrative support that ensures the AVS office remains highly professional, functional and responsive. As part of a small team, the Corporate Officer is a pivotal role that works closely with the AVS Executive team, all AVS staff, the AVS board and its sub-committees, the Victorian Government and AVS stakeholders.

Skills and experience

To be considered for the position you will have a tertiary qualification in business administration and three years of experience in an executive administration role.

You will have:

•  Highly developed interpersonal skills.

•  Exceptional stakeholder relationship management.

•  Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

•  Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

•  Exceptional Microsoft Office & calendar management skills.

•  Experience in providing high quality executive support.

•  Ability to build collaborative working relationships with colleagues.
