Position Details

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer (Building Audit) who will provide administration support for the delivery of the VBA's Improving As-built compliance energy efficiency Building Audit Project.

This role actively supports the Building Audit team in the delivery of the Improving As-built compliance energy efficiency Building Audit Project including data entry, general office support duties, financial administrative activities, customer service and the provision of information to clients.


Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level administrative support within a corporate or government environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite and database management. Experience in managing project schedules, tasks and resources is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines utilising a high level of initiative to solve problems, refine processes and manage work flows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to actively seek local resolutions.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a strong customer focus.

Salary Details

Base salary in the Grade 2 range of $50,077 - $64,307 per annum (plus 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.
