We are looking for talented professionals at the VBA across the broad scope of the business, and part of this process, we are looking for a talented EA to join the team and provide senior level administration support for the Director, Inquiries, Inspections & Complaints.

The Role

You will be the integral support for a busy director, undertaking the following tasks:

  • Provide high-level, timely and confidential executive administrative support to the Director and Enquiries, Inspections and Complaints, acting as a first point of contact and triage to address and provide guidance on a broad range of stakeholder queries, meetings and correspondence.
  • Provide strong project administration support, sourcing information from a range of stakeholders and subject matter experts, contributing to key documentation and reporting on divisional milestones and key deliverables.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures in relation to the business support function within the division. 
  • Coordinate knowledge and information management across divisional meetings, including managing minutes and action items, assisting to monitor and report on business and corporate planning activities.
  • Prepare a range of correspondence, statistics, reports, briefings and presentations on behalf of the division

Essential criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Business Administration discipline or extensive
    relevant work experience
  • Extensive experience in the provision of high-level administrative support, within a corporate or government environment, with demonstrated ability to align an administrative function to divisional goals and objectives.
  • High-level of demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Office suite, TRIM (or similar electronic records management system) and databases.
  • Demonstrated proficiency to assist with financial requirements such as budgeting, procurement and reconciliations to support business processes
