Position Details
About the Role:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role plays a key role in delivering AMDRAS-accredited training and assessments, while building capability in conflict resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) across the Dispute Resolution Division. You will design and deliver tailored training programs, strengthen practitioner capability, and contribute to high-quality dispute resolution outcomes.
This role also supports the ongoing development and implementation of the Division's Quality Assurance and Panel Governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, integrity, and excellence across services.
What we are looking for:
- Lead and ensure compliance of AMDRAS-accredited training and assessment programs across the Division.
- Design and deliver targeted professional development to build ADR capability and support reaccreditation and strategic priorities.
- Use performance and complaints data to identify learning needs, inform training, and support panel engagement and governance.
- Provide coaching, reporting, and cross-team collaboration to drive continuous improvement and support organisational outcomes.
