Position Details

Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Senior Salesforce Consultant provides hands-on technical configuration and solution advice across the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Consultant is proficient in understanding business requirements, converting them into functional specifications and configuring Salesforce to meet these requirements using Custom Objects, Fields, Lightning Page Layouts, Validation Rules and Flows as needed.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce solutioning and development in complex environments, providing clear, practical guidance to delivery teams.
  • Strong hands-on capability in Apex, LWC, Flow, code review, bulkification and performance tuning within governor limits.
  • Proven knowledge of Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts), plus Experience Cloud portal patterns.

About the BPC

The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing. It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation.

Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance. These services will now part of the BPC and will be fully integrated over the next 12 months.
