The Position: Ongoing, Full-Time, 76.0 hours per fortnight
Reporting to the Occupational Therapy Team Leader the Grade Two Allied Health Assistant will play a vital role in clinical support and therapy delivery under the guidance of the relevant Allied Health Professionals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing direct support for both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing screening tools to gather valuable patient data, documenting client progress, and maintaining therapy supplies and equipment. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting our acute inpatients and outpatient clients in their recovery and independence.

What you Need:
- Allied Health Assistant qualification – minimum Certificate III level
- Minimum 12 months Allied Health Assistance experience is preferred
- An understanding of the physical and psychological aspects of rehabilitation care and the ability to treat, empathise with and provide person centred care to individuals with a range of abilities.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to enable effective liaison within a multi-disciplinary team and accurate documentation of case notes and statistics
