Position Details
STATUS: Ongoing Part Time, 42.0 hours per fortnight
BRHS is offering a great opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking for a client focussed, meaningful role to contribute to the delivery of Planned Activity Group (PAG) activities across our local area.
The Position:
In this role you will provide personalised support to program participants including contributing to opportunities for active engagement in the local community. Key tasks will include assisting with the delivery of a range of activities, food services, transport, personal care and attending to administrative duties as required. This is a rewarding role offering great hours between Monday and Friday, a happy environment and support from a close-knit team.
The Department:
The BRHS PAG program provides centre based and community activities for the frail, elderly and younger people with a disability. Our focus is to meet individual needs and goals through care planning and the provision of opportunities for socialisation and community inclusion.

What you need:
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support, Disability Support or Allied Health Assistance
- Experience in the delivery of group activities
- Completed Food Safety Program – Food Safety/Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative manner as an effective team member
