Position Details

We are wanting to hear from medical professionals who are interested in rural healthcare and emergency medicine.  

The BRHS Medical Workforce provides services across a broad spectrum of care including our Emergency Department which currently receives approximately 20,000 varied presentations per year.  In this role you will deliver high-quality and locally appropriate medical care in our Emergency department and other areas as required.  You will work in a supportive environment with an experienced team of health professionals including Senior Medical Officers, GP's and experienced Emergency nurses.  This rewarding role will provide a great environment to consolidate and extend your clinical skills in Emergency medicine.

Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery
  • A minimum 6 months Emergency experience
  • Current AHPRA registration and eligibility to work in Australia
  • Passed ACM 1 & ACM 2 exams
