Key Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years acute nursing experience. Some experience in Surgical or Perioperative nursing is required
  • A sound understanding of the functions and responsibilities of the perioperative nurse including care of the unconscious patient
  • Proven ability to communicate and prioritise effectively in high pressure situations
