An exciting vacancy has arisen for an experienced and driven Communications professional to join the team at BRHS to provide expertise in all aspects of media and communication. This position will provide the incumbent with a dynamic and diverse role along with a rewarding work environment.

The Position:

This role is responsible for the planning, delivery and management of the organisation's corporate communications, providing expertise in all aspects of media and communication activities at BRHS.  Working closely with the Office of the CEO, the role encompasses promotion and management of BRHS communications, public relations liaison, event planning & management and development of branding and marketing plans. Key pieces of work include developing and overseeing the implementation of the BRHS Communication Strategy, production of key organisational documents such as the Annual Report and Strategic Plan and the management and creation of content owned and earned media channels.

What you need:

  • A relevant qualification in Communications or Marketing 
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a role which aligns with the position's key responsibilities
  • Proven excellence in written communication with a background in writing for a range of different mediums
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute communications and marketing campaigns, from inception to completion of a strategy, project or plan
  • Proven ability to manage and create content owned and earned media channels
  • Highly-developed interpersonal skills with experience developing and fostering relationships with community, key stakeholders and government agencies
