This is a fantastic opportunity to fast track your dental career gaining unique experience in a public regional hospital environment.  New graduates are encouraged to apply and flexibility exists to commence your contract in early 2023.  Role flexibility exists for a full/part time contract.  Overseas applicants may be eligible for the $13,000 Victorian government relocation support package. 

The Position:

As part of a progressive public health service you will provide a broad range of general and emergency dental care.  If you are a junior dentist this will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to consolidate your clinical skills and gain valuable experience. You will receive support to develop your full skillset whilst enjoying the provision of high quality facilities and the support from being part of an acute hospital.  Experienced dentists will enjoy continuing their career with BRHS, mentoring other dentists and relishing the lifestyle our beautiful region offers.  Salary range is from $77,593 - $127,475 per annum plus packaging benefits.

The Department:

The BRHS Oral Health Service consists of a modern and well-equipped 6 chair surgery located within our Community Health Complex. The Clinic currently operates Monday to Friday with our program also offering the unique opportunity to deliver dental outreach services including the Smile Squad school program across East Gippsland.

Role Requirements:

  • Approved tertiary qualification as a Dental Practitioner and registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated experience in a Dental Practice and sound knowledge of dental clinical practice
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
