Position Details
Based in a beautiful part of Victoria, working for BRHS will enable you to have a fantastic work/life balance and pursue your career goals.
Due to a recent expansion in the BRHS ICT department, we are looking for an experienced ICT professional with excellent systems analysis, project management and leadership skills to join our team. This new opportunity provides a great chance to use your expertise to further develop ICT capabilities in a large and multifaceted organisation.
The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time 80.0 hours per fortnight with additional monthly day off
The Position:
In this position you will provide technical leadership to ensure the effective maintenance and further development of the BRHS core computer systems. Key responsibilities will include providing leadership to technical support team members, multi-level systems support to stakeholders as well as using and enhancing your technical expertise and project management skills with a range of ICT initiatives.
We are seeking a talented individual with:
- A relevant ICT tertiary qualification
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in systems analysis or similar role and ICT project management experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions in complex environments.
- Well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ICT issues to stakeholders in an informative and non-technical manner.
- A team player with the proven ability to lead and maintain a high functioning and cohesive team.
- Ability to use initiative, work independently and actively problem solve to facilitate best possible outcomes
- Demonstrated competence in Windows server configuration. A good working knowledge of data analysis and databases.
