CONTRACTS:      Full & Part Time available, split EFT with hours negotiable

STATUS:              Ongoing & Casual Positions           

DEPARTMENT:    Medical Imaging

Skilled and motivated administration professionals are sought to join our Medical Imaging team. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy providing a client focussed, responsive service then this role is a great fit for you. A total of 1.4 EFT is available to be split and hours are negotiable.

The Position:

In this position you will perform a range of administrative duties including providing financial, reception and typing services to Medical Imaging clients and clinicians within BRHS.  As part of our administration team you will support our Health Professionals in providing a professional service to the local community.  This role will be part of a rotating roster which includes weekends and will work across our Medical Imaging offices at both the hospital campus and the CBD campus.

Key criteria you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative/reception role
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person-centred manner and proven capacity to consider activities, decisions and outcomes from the perspective of the consumer or end-user.
  • Well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent administration skills, with the ability to produce simple documents in accordance with organisational standards.
  • A competent user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook, with proficiency and experience working in client databases.
  • A team player with proven ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.
