Position Details

Contract: Part-Time, Ongoing role. 47.0 hours per fortnight.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our frontline team at Main Reception. This role involves providing reception services and administrative support, managing a busy switchboard and serving as the central hub for all comings and goings within the facility, including coverage during staff breaks and leave periods for the Emergency Department.

Position Details:

  • Operates on a 14-day rolling roster, including every second weekend
  • Involves 7 shifts within the 14-day roster, with shifts starting early in the morning or finishing
  •  in the evening
  • Remuneration includes shift allowances and additional loadings for weekend and public holiday shifts

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions in a professional and consumer-focused manner.
  • Compassionate and well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to produce business documents, along with proficiency in client databases and accurate data entry.
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles.
