A new part-time vacancy has arisen at BRHS for a rewarding opportunity to enjoy ownership and gain expertise in our Surgical Services Administration department.
The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time negotiable (minimum 0.8 eft) - Casual opportunities available.
The Position:
This position will suit an experienced administrator who has excellent communication and organisational skills and a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to all. This is a great opportunity to work for East Gippsland's largest employer and use your administration expertise. Key responsibilities will include completing the patient booking process, maintaining accurate patient lists, performing documentation checks, appointment scheduling, completing patient registrations and updating and managing patient records.

Key selection criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role/customer service role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person-centred manner and proven capacity to consider activities, decisions and outcomes from the perspective of the consumer or end-user.
- Compassionate and well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
- A competent user of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook with good keyboard and data entry skills.
- The proven capacity to learn and adapt to different work areas in a proactive and positive manner
