Position Details

A great opportunity exists for an experienced office professional with high quality skills in committee meeting administration to provide support to our Quality team.  This position will suit applicants who have excellent MS Office/typing skills and the capacity to produce well written, professional documents. 

The BRHS Quality Team collectively contributes to the overall development, implementation, monitoring and continual review of quality across the organisation. Key responsibilities of this role will include providing administrative support and coordination to a number of BRHS committees as well as administrative support to the Quality Manager and the General Manager Organisational Effectiveness.

 Applicants are required to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in Administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience performing secretariat duties for committees.
  • A minimum qualification of Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge and ability to perform professional administrative duties including business document production, agenda preparation and minute taking to a high level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proven excellent organisational ability in a busy working environment.
  • A self-starter with the proven ability to work autonomously, yet have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team.
  • Proven experience working within established procedures and processes and the ability to quickly learn and apply new information.
  • Well-developed skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office and high level typing skills.
