Administration Support Officer

Ongoing, Part Time, Friday to Monday, 26.0 hours per fortnight


A new opportunity exists for a proactive and adaptable administration professional to join our new Ward and administration team on a permanent part time basis.

BRHS Administration Support Officers provide first-class customer service and efficient clerical support. The position will suit experienced administrators who have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and have excellent organisational skills.

This role is suited to applicants who can work Friday to Monday (on a fortnightly basis), across morning and evening shifts including public holidays. Weekend work and Public Holiday penalty rates will apply. Your flexible approach to pick up additional shifts will be viewed favourably.


Applicants are required to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative/customer service role
  • A Certificate in Business or Business Administration (Level III or above) would be highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person centred manner and proven capacity to consider activities, decisions and outcomes from the perspective of the consumer or end-user
  • Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
  • A self-starter that is solution-focused and with a proven capacity to problem solve within the scope of the position
  • A competent user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook, with proficiency and experience working in client databases
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in response to varying work requirements
