Position Details

STATUS:             Fixed Term until 30 June 2022

HOURS:              Part Time, 32.0 hours per fortnight

DEPARTMENT:   People and Culture

An exciting opportunity has arisen to develop new skills and continue the work of the Kronos project.  The project commenced in early 2020 to implement more of the functions of the Kronos Time and Attendance/Rostering program used at BRHS.

The Kronos Support Officer will build their knowledge of the Kronos program by working closely with our external partner the Gippsland Health Alliance; as well as upskill managers; develop learning tools, procedures and reference materials; and implement the increased functions in the program in a staged and planned approach with the support of the Director, People and Culture.

We are seeking:

  • A quick learner with an aptitude for working with information and rosters
  • Someone who wants to work across the organisation and focus on an interesting and challenging project.
