An exciting new opportunity has arisen to play a key role in improving employee health, wellbeing and engagement at BRHS.  If you have a relevant qualification and experience along with a passion for wellbeing, this is a great chance to progress your career in our large and multifaceted organisation.   

The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time

The Position:

In this newly-created role you will work within the People and Culture team to develop, implement and support a range of employee health and wellbeing programs as part of the BRHS Employee Wellbeing Strategy and the BRHS Strategic Plan.  The role also will promote and support a range of initiatives to raise awareness of the BRHS' principles of care, equity, inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

Key criteria required includes:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Health Promotion or Psychology (or equivalent)
  • At least two years' experience in human resources, health promotion, psychology or health and wellbeing
  • A demonstrated good understanding of key human resource management functions and how employee health and wellbeing programs impact organisation culture
  • A creative thinker with the ability to develop, plan and implement employee wellbeing initiatives that align with key organisational principles and strategic objectives
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the proven capacity to engage and influence key stakeholders.
