Position Details

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to provide support to the SHRFV Project, which was established at BRHS in 2019.
The Contract: Full Time, 80.0 hours per fortnight, Fixed Term until July 2023. Job share would be considered.
The Position:
The SHRFV Administration Support Officer will perform a range of clerical tasks, such as reports and data entry, in an accurate and efficient manner to support the smooth operation of the unit. Duties also include promotion of SHRFV activities and assisting in presentation preparation for ongoing education within BRHS, Omeo and Orbost. This role will provide support to the Project Officer whilst they engage with key stakeholders to deliver the project aims of increasing staff competence, the development and sharing of resources and the building of hospital capacity across Victoria to respond to family violence and improve outcomes for patients who have experienced family violence.

Key selection criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative/customer service role
- A qualification in Office Administration is highly desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint.
- Highly developed time management skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills with a compassionate manner.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of privacy and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
