About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. About the Role

The Circuit Hearing and Service Support Officer is a multi-functional role, responsible for delivering frontline service delivery and hearing support to Members and users at VCAT Community Based Venues and other suitable locations where VCAT hears matters. This position involves frequent travel to support VCAT hearings at all metropolitan and regional venues that may require single or consecutive overnight stays, sometimes with limited lead time. You will work independently or as part of a small, dedicated team.
This is a full-time, on-site based role.
About You
The preferred candidate will need to demonstrate:
- the flexibility and capability to travel at short notice
- well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- experience in frontline engagement to deliver support to VCAT Members and parties
- the capability to manage competing priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
A current Victorian Drivers Licence is required for this role.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake related induction and first aid officer training as part of their role.
