About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role
As the Digital Business Partner you'll be focused on embedding digital services within the business, fostering strong collaboration with jurisdictional stakeholders while leveraging the broader capabilities of CSV Digital. The role requires close engagement with both the central CSV Digital teams and Jurisdictions to ensure that IT needs are consistently met, with a clear focus on achieving operational outcomes, enhancing service delivery, and driving continuous improvement.
The variety and challenge in this role will come from some of the following duties:
- Contributing to strategic planning for the identified jurisidiction's needs and ensuring that appropriate structures and processes are put in place to consistently meet Jurisdiction IT needs
- Identifying and implementing existing, new and emerging technology solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiencies within the context of the specific jurisdiction, including consultation and negotiation with stakeholders to gain commitment to recommended activities
- Collaborating with central teams to design and implement technology solutions that address the unique needs of the Courts Group, ensuring alignment with both jurisdiction-specific requirements and broader organisational goals
About You
Through collaboration and effective business partnering, this role leads the delivery of tailored technology solutions while driving alignment with centralised IT resources and strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need
- Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivery of a range of cross portfolio IT projects
- Confidence working independently, managing your own schedule and the ability to problem solve and think critically on a broad range of topics to develop and deliver sustainable IT solutions
- Ability to make sound decisions with care and professionalism and a strong commitment to drive a culture of quality practices and support continuous improvement and innovation.
- Having demonstrated knowledge of the public sector is also highly desirable.
